Good afternoon!!! Today in Reception we finished our work on our Flower and Sabbiarelli project with Miss Paola and Miss Lindsay! We started with Miss Paola showing us a calendar that has a different flower associated with every week of the year!!
We then took our colored sand flowers and Miss Lindsay placed them on a poster where she and Miss Paola wrote " Grazie Primavera!". We decided this was the best way to celebrate both the projects together!
Miss Lindsay had each of us help glue our flowers on! Then she added some green rolled up crate paper to make stems!
Then we used a big white bow to bring the stems together!! In the end we had a beautiful bouquet!! Our gift to say thank you to spring! You can see our poster outside of the classroom!!
Then after break, we learned a new letter with Miss Paola! The letter H!!
We learned that most words that begin with H are foreign words like Hot dog, Hotel and Horror!!
